HOT AIR OVEN
The Hot Air Oven is a versatile and efficient device designed for laboratory and industrial applications, offering a wide temperature range from ambient to up to 150°C with an accuracy of ±1°C to ±2°C. It is equipped with a microprocessor-based PID controller featuring dual displays for Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV), ensuring precise temperature control. Uniform heating is achieved through a motorized blower or axial fan, preventing hotspots, while nichrome wire or resistance wire heaters deliver consistent and reliable performance.
The inner chamber, made of stainless steel (SS 304), is durable, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, and the powder-coated external cabinet enhances its longevity. High-density glass wool or ceramic fibre insulation minimizes heat loss, ensuring energy efficiency. The oven features an insulated door with an optional glass window for process monitoring without heat loss, as well as adjustable stainless steel shelves for flexibility in various applications. Safety is prioritized with features like over-temperature protection, a safety thermostat, and fault detection alarms.
Additional user-friendly options include a digital timer and programmable temperature settings. Operating on a 220-240 volt, 50 Hz, single-phase AC power supply, the oven runs quietly, maintaining a noise level below 50 dB. These features make the Hot Air Oven ideal for precise, uniform, and safe heating across a range of applications.
