Built with a durable AISI 304-grade stainless steel interior and non-corrosive CRCA/HDGI sheet metal exterior, these freezers are designed for harsh environments. They incorporate up to 155mm of Polyurethane/VIP Foam insulation and a triple-layered silicon gasket-sealed door to prevent cold loss. Security features include a key lock, padlock provision, and optional RFID/fingerprint access. Equipped with a dual compressor cascade system, they are CFC and HCFC-free, environmentally friendly, and operate at a minimal 50 dB noise level. The inkless, paperless digital circular graphical chart recorder ensures accurate data tracking, while visual and audible alerts notify users of door status, power failures, and temperature deviations. Additional features like heavy-duty lockable castor wheels, SMS alerts, and central monitoring ports enhance usability and flexibility. These freezers operate on 220V to 240V, 50Hz, single-phase A.C. for adaptable power requirements.
