Technical Features
The bacterial incubators are designed to maintain a temperature range of ambient+10°C to 60°C, controlled by a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller and a PT100 RTD sensor, displaying both Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV).
They feature both natural and forced air convection with a blower ensuring uniform temperature distribution. The construction includes a durable external cabinet made of powder-coated GI sheet for enhanced corrosion resistance and an inner chamber of 304-grade stainless steel. High-density glass wool insulation minimizes heat loss and improves energy efficiency.
The door is insulated and features an observation glass window, allowing samples to be viewed without opening the door. The incubators are equipped with three removable steel wire mesh trays, resistance wire heaters, and blowers or axial fans for air circulation.
Additional features include an auto-tuning PID controller, ±0.2°C accuracy at 37°C, and a power supply requirement of 220 volts, 50 Hz, making these units energy-efficient and reliable for various applications.
