The blood component separators and refrigerated centrifuges feature a robust all-steel design with a stainless steel rotor and chamber, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. They operate within a temperature range of -20°C to +40°C with a ±1°C gradient and are controlled via a user-friendly microprocessor-based touch screen. With a maximum speed of 4500 rpm and a maximum RCF of 6500g, they effectively separate blood components, supporting various bag capacities (6, 8, 12, and 16). Programmable time settings and tamper-proof memory add flexibility, while optical and acoustical alarms provide safety for lid interlock, imbalance, over temperature, and rotor overspeed. The equipment is environmentally conscious, using CFC & HCFC-free non-flammable refrigerants and features an inkless, paperless smart chart recording system with 4-week storage capacity. It also includes a voltage stabilizer, and provisions for external or central monitoring devices. Built with AISI 304 grade stainless steel and designed for minimal noise and vibration (≤55 dB), this centrifuge offers adjustable acceleration/deceleration profiles and includes a safety lock to prevent unintended lid openings. It meets 220V to 240V, 50 Hz, 32 Amp, single-phase A.C. electrical requirements.
