The advanced floor model is designed for ease of use with a well-lit, low-vibration, and noise-free operation. Manoeuvrability is enhanced by castor wheels. It features a microprocessor-based eye-level touch screen for precise monitoring and control of temperature. Transparent front and side panels, made of scratch-resistant acrylic and UV-flexi glass, provide durability and visibility. A digital display shows cabinet temperature, filter pressure, exhaust fan control, operational hours, and UV and fluorescent lamp intensity.
The unit is equipped with HEPA filters ensuring Class 100 cleanliness per U.S. Federal Standard 209B, with 99.99% filtration efficiency for 0.3-micron particles. Air velocity delivers a consistent laminar flow of 90–100 ft/min. Audible and visual alarms alert for HEPA filter failure, airflow issues, and incorrect window positions. The stainless-steel worktable and washable pre-filters ensure hygiene and ease of maintenance.
Additional features include a 24-hour maintenance-free battery backup with percentage indicators, USB thermograph download, UV and fluorescent lighting intensity of 600 lux, and protection circuits for overvoltage and undervoltage. Electrical specifications are 220–240V, 50Hz, 6 Amp, single-phase A.C. The unit includes self-diagnosis for error detection, ensuring reliability in operation.
