Technical Features

The equipment offers an operating temperature range of -75°C to -86°C, with ambient temperature tolerance up to +45°C and an accuracy of ±1°C. It enables rapid freezing, achieving a core plasma bag temperature below -30°C in less than 45 minutes, preserving vital plasma coagulation factors.

Controlled by a microprocessor-based 7.1” touch screen, it features an electronic circular temperature chart recording system with a 5-year data storage capacity and selectable graph range. Design highlights include an ergonomically designed door handle, triple-layered silicon gasket sealing, and magnetic latches for individual inner doors.

The CFC & HCFC-free refrigeration system utilizes 125-155 mm thick polyurethane insulation and a cascade-based hermetically sealed compressor with energy-saving, low-noise operation. Forced air cooling and enhanced finned tube condensers ensure optimal performance.

A digital display shows actual temperature, door status, compressor operation, and alarm conditions, while optical and acoustical alarms provide real-time notifications. Data management includes USB port for downloading thermograph data, 24-hour battery backup, and emailing history sheets through Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and cellular network connectivity.

Additional features include heavy-duty lockable castor wheels, child/security lock facility, servo voltage stabilizer, and dummy bags. The system operates on 220V to 240V, 50 Hz, single-phase A.C.
