- Purpose : To agitate the Platelet Bags at 22°C so that the platelet doesn’t coagulate.

- Lockable Castor Wheels to lock the equipment in place without moving.
- Interior made from 304 grade 22 SWG stainless steel.
- Interior consists of 10 trays on an agitator to place platelet bags.
- Capacity per tray approx. 6 platelet bags.
- Door stop on the right-hand side to stop the door from opening more than 100-110 degrees.
- Forced air cooling with axial blower, switches off automatically when you open the door, ensures a uniform temperature and minimizes temperature deviation.
- Front door double Vacuum packed toughened glass.
- Warning function with visual and audible alarm signal in the case of power failure, temperature deviations, voltage fluctuation, door left open (after 60 seconds).
- Battery backup^ for up to 36 hours for temperature and chart recording system.

- Automatically mails the digital circular chart at 3 e – mail IDs every weekend and can mail any time by using Manual Mail function.
- In case of fault occurrence, a SMS is sent to a primary number, then he has to acknowledge the fault by using Acknowledge function, if he doesn’t acknowledge the fault then a SMS is sent to a higher authority.

The Deep freezers are designed for extreme operating efficiency, with an operating temperature range from -25°C to -45°C and a precise ±0.5°C accuracy at -40°C, ensuring impeccable preservation of valuable contents. Equipped with a microprocessor-based eye-level positioning controller and 4.3/7.1″ LCD touch screen, users can easily monitor critical parameters such as temperature, door status, and compressor activity.
The interior is constructed from durable AISI 304-grade stainless steel, while the exterior is made from non-corrosive CRCA/HDGI sheet metal with powder coating for added resilience. With up to 155 mm of Polyurethane/VIP Foam insulation, these freezers provide optimal thermal performance, and the triple-layered silicon gasket-sealed door minimizes cold loss.
Security is enhanced with a key lock, padlock provision, and optional RFID or fingerprint access. The inkless, paperless digital circular graphical chart recorder ensures accurate data tracking, and visual and audible alerts notify users of door status, power failures, and temperature deviations.
Powered by a dual compressor cascade system, these freezers are CFC and HCFC-free, operate with minimal noise levels of 50 dB, and offer heavy-duty lockable castor wheels for easy mobility. Optional features include SMS alerts for temperature deviations and central monitoring ports.
